Doors open at 9:30 a.m., the event starts at 10:00 a.m. and ends at approximately 7:00 p.m.

There will be a lunch break of approximately 30-60 minutes (bring your own lunch). The start and end times will be announced during the event. There will also be other shorter breaks throughout the day.Please note that backpacks , bags , and larger handbags are not permitted in the auditorium and must be left at the cloakroom. We recommend that you bring writing materials so that you can take your own notes on the content. Saeed will also do important exercises where everyone can answer the questions in writing for themselves.Please note that there will be no tables for writing, so it is recommended that you bring a pad that makes writing easier.Please also note that taking fotos, sound and/or video recordings of the event are not permitted.

The train station in Basel is easily accessible by train from all directions.From the train station , you can reach the Stadtcasino Basel on foot in about ten minutes. The nearest public transport stop is "Barfüsserplatz" and can be reached by tram lines 3, 6, 8, 11, 14, 15, 16 or 17.
